FAQ's

Why hasn't my letter been shipped yet?

Letters are shipped on the last business day of each calendar month. This means if you sign up any time from midnight on the 1st of the month (in AEST) then your letter will ship on the last day of that month. 

When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?

Cloudy club is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the last business day of each month. If you live in Australia, letters generally arrive in major cities within 2 weeks. If you live overseas, letters can take upwards of 15 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of them shipping, please reach out via email alessiaeart@gmail.com

How can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please reach out if you need help with this - alessiaeart@gmail.com

Don't stress! Send me an email alessiaeart@gmail.com and I'll make sure it's updated before your letter is sent out

When is Cloudy Club billed each month?

Cloudy Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up. So if you sign up on the 15th of July, you'll be billed on the 15th of August and the 15th of September, etc! If you'd like to cancel your subscription you just need to do so before your next billing cycle.
