hi, I'm Alessia
I make happy and silly ceramics out of my little studio in Brisbane, Australia.
I previously led a serious adult life studying and working in the legal profession, but I decided to throw it away to chase my dream a few years ago, and I've never looked back.
I want my ceramics to feel like a warm embrace to the child inside each of us and a rejection of living a serious and grumpy adult life.
My practice is playful, nostalgia and occasionally a little bit pensive.
